Shipping policy

 

Artwork will be shipped within 3-5 days if the painting is dry.  If artwork is wet at the time of purchase (only recently completed) it can take up to 1-2 weeks depending on weather and other factors. Buyer will be notified if there is a delay due to drying.

Artwork is posted via Australia Post Standard Delivery. Items over $1000 will be insured.

Damaged Artwork
I have mastered the art of packing. My customers can attest to my bomb proof parcels when it comes to fragile items. I use a combination of sturdy boxes, bubble wrap and plenty of tape! I take the same care with each item, whether the item is worth $10 or $1000. If by some chance your item arrives broken or not as described, please contact me within 3 days with an image of the item and I shall refund the full cost including postage. I do not offer refunds in case of a change of mind. For more expensive items I do arrange postal insurance as an extra precaution and claims will be organised via Australia Post.
