Returns

Please choose your artwork carefully as I do not accept returns. High quality images of all artwork are visible at the time of purchase to ensure satisfaction with the purchase.  Even the most professional photography will not always represent a colour correctly and therefore there may be slight colour variations to photographs. All items are final sale.

Damaged Artwork
I have mastered the art of packing. My customers can attest to my bomb proof parcels when it comes to fragile items. I use a combination of sturdy boxes, bubble wrap and plenty of tape! I take the same care with each item, whether the item is worth $10 or $1000. If by some chance your item arrives broken or not as described, please contact me within 3 days with an image of the item and I shall refund the full cost including postage. I do not offer refunds in case of a change of mind. For more expensive items I do arrange postal insurance as an extra precaution and claims will be organised via Australia Post.
